DAO stands for Decentralized Autonomous Organization. A DAO is a way to organize a group of people. Here, the SG DAO is using this structure to bring in potential portfolio companies, conduct due diligence, and invest in a decentralized manner.

The accelerator is vertical agnostic but is focusing on early-stage companies in the pre-seed/seed stage.

To Join the SG DAO you simply need to complete a registration process and pay your membership fee and you will be invited to our members-only online community. Currently we are accepting members to apply to our waitlist before our full onboarding process takes place.

No, you do not need to be an accredited investor to participate in the SG DAO

To join as a member, all you need is an ERC wallet. We recommend using Metamask as it very easy to setup.

Getting involved means joining and paying your membership fee for the DAO. Once onboarded, being an active member of the community entails sourcing companies, performing due diligence, and helping portfolio companies in the accelerator.

Once you join the waitlist, or apply as a startup, you will hear from us within a couple weeks. At that point, we will provide more details about joining the DAO or the status of your startup application.

Membership fees will start as low as 100$ and go as high as 100,000$. The only difference in tiers is the amount of capital your comfortable committing to this fund.

In signing up for the waitlist you are not required to eventually buy a membership tier. You are simply registering your interest. Once we begin onboarding users, we will then accept your payment if you wish to join at that time.
